I have been a doula for more than 30 years. I have attended over 1,500 births, trained more than 10,000 doulas through DONA International, and spent decades in public health research.

In all that time, the thing I hear most often is not about birth. It is about what comes after. The uncertainty. The isolation. The feeling of not knowing if you are doing it right.

I already took a doula training. Do I need this?
Training teaches you the skills. The Doula Mentoring Collective helps you figure out what to do when real situations do not match the textbook. This is the support that comes after training, when you are building a practice and need someone in your corner every week.
Is this for new doulas or experienced doulas?
Both. New doulas use the Collective to get their practice off the ground without wasting months spinning their wheels. Experienced doulas use it to rethink pricing, navigate tricky client situations, and stay current on research and policy changes. The questions change as your practice grows. The support stays.
What if I need more support than a group setting provides?
Group mentoring means you learn from every question asked, not just your own. Members regularly say they got answers to problems they did not even know they had yet. At $37 a month versus $75 to $150 per private coaching hour, you also get far more total time and support.
