Your name and email will be shared with DONA International for training evaluation. No video, audio, or screen recordings are allowed. Trainer's photos may be used for online/print promotion. No refunds, but you can transfer to another Robin-sponsored course within a year of registration, with a $200 fee if requested within one month of the class or once it has begun. Missing a class incurs a $100 fee, and you can reschedule by contacting the instructor. The instructor may cancel due to low enrollment, offering a switch to a preferred class without extra fees. Tickets are non-transferable. International participants pay shipping differences or opt for downloads (excluding APO/FPO). TRANSFER students must pay all fees from their original registration before transferring to a new class.

Are there any prerequisities?
No. This is considered a basic birth doula training. I will provide you with all of the materials that you need for class and there is no knowledge assumed.
Are these courses online?
Yes, they are 100% virtual and held live on Zoom.
Where is this certification good?
This is an international certification.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. There are also other payment options potentially available to you at checkout.
Am I certified after I leave the class?
You are ready to work and start earning money as a doula immediately upon completion of the course, certification follows after at least three births and some paperwork. The alumni group and Robin are available to help you. walk through that process.
What if I have a nursing baby?
Attendees who are currently nursing are encouraged to do so during the training. However, I also recommend that childcare is arranged ahead of time. You will receive more out of the training sessions if you are able to devote your full attention to the material. Also, some portions of the training are hands-on and require your participation for completion. I am happy to provide you with the timing of these sections in advance as your training takes place.
