Why I host this
I'm a doula trainer and a public health educator, and I have watched this field lose people it could not afford to lose. Not to burnout at births. To unpaid invoices, no boundaries, and a business that quietly ate the thing they loved.
I can't fix that in a blog post. I can put the people who solved it in front of you for three days, once a year, and not charge you to listen.
