With years of experience supporting families and mentoring doulas, Dusti has developed a deep understanding of how insurance systems work and how doulas can effectively utilize them to benefit their clients and their businesses. Known for her approachable teaching style and ability to simplify complex topics, Dusti empowers doulas to confidently handle insurance challenges, streamline their processes, and focus on what they do best—supporting families during life’s most important moments. She's been a member of the DONA Advocacy Committee and Chair of Third Party Reimbursement, and sits on several panels with insurers to be able to provide them a doula's perspective.
