By scheduling a mentoring session, clients agree to the following terms and conditions: All sessions must be booked in advance through the designated platform, with any changes or cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session, and all fees are non-refundable unless the mentor cancels the session. Clients may reschedule one time with at least 24 hours’ notice without penalty, except in cases of births, which require proof. Sessions canceled less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable and non-transferable. All discussions during mentoring sessions are confidential and will not be shared with third parties; the mentor is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information. Sessions can be conducted via Zoom or telephone, depending on client preference, and it is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have a stable internet connection or phone service. Clients are expected to come prepared with topics or questions and should inform the mentor of any specific needs or accommodations prior to the session. The mentor will provide guidance and support based on their expertise but does not guarantee specific outcomes. The mentor is not liable for any decisions or actions taken by the client based on the advice provided, and clients are encouraged to seek additional professional advice as needed.
