Participation in the Recharge and Elevate: Doula Continuing Education at Sea retreat requires registration for both the education fee and a cabin on the cruise ship Princess Discovery through Fit For a Star Travel. All cruise fees must be paid in full by May 5, 2025 to remain eligible for participation. Workshops are exclusively for participants registered for both the education portion and the cruise. Failure to meet these requirements will result in forfeiture of access to the workshops and any associated benefits.

The education fee is refundable until May 1, 2025, with a $100 administrative fee applied to all refunds. Refund requests must be submitted in writing. After May 1, 2025, no refunds will be issued, regardless of circumstances. All cruise-related cancellations and refunds are subject to the policies of Fit For a Star Travel and the cruise line. Participants are encouraged to contact them directly for specific terms and conditions regarding cruise fees.

The organizer, Robin Elise Weiss, and Fit For a Star Travel are not responsible for travel delays, cancellations, or other circumstances that may impact your ability to attend. It is strongly recommended that participants purchase travel insurance to protect their investment.

By registering for this retreat, participants agree to these terms and conditions, including meeting payment deadlines. The education fee for the retreat is $199 for early registration completed by December 31, 2024, and $259 for registrations starting January 1, 2025. The cruise requires a deposit of $250 per person due by January 20, 2025, with final payment for cruise fees required by May 5, 2025.
